Dean Martin(born Dino Paul Crocetti, June 7, 1917 – December 25, 1995) American actor and singer, couldn't read music, and yet recorded more than 100 albums and 600 songs, racking up major hits such as "That's Amore", "Volare", "You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You" and his signature tune "Everybody Loves Somebody". Besides being the ladies' man counterpart of Jerry Lewis in a series of comedies, besides being a ratpacker, Dean Martin, in his long variety show run on NBC, often seemed to be dead drunk on national TV. The fact that America saw his show as charming and wholesome just the same is a testament not only to the culture of the time but to Martin's own great charm. Dean was well known as a family man and his "drinking" was just an act. It used to bother Frank Sinatra (who was a big drinker) that Dean went home early to be with his wife and kids and not go hitting the bars with him.

*Cha, cha, cha d'amour
Take this song to my lover
Shoo, shoo, little bird
Go and find my love
Cha, cha, cha d'amour
Srenade at her window
Shoo, shoo, little bird
Sing my song of love
Tell her I will wait
But if she makes the dates
Tell her that I care
More than I can bear
When we are apart
How it hurts my heart
So fly, oh, fly away
And say I hope and pray
This lover melody
Will bring her back to me
